Cullman, AL – Randall Shedd will be the Republican nominee in House District 11 after winning a Special Primary Runoff Election today. Unofficial results show Shedd bested fellow Republican Danny Alldregde by a margin of 58.4% to 41.6%. There were 2,776 total votes cast.
