RNC Releases: “Fairy Tale”

WASHINGTON – The Republican National Committee releases the web video “Fairy Tale” to remind voters of the empty debate promises then-candidate Obama made four years ago. From promising to create five million new green energy jobs to lowering healthcare costs, Candidate Obama promised the American people he would do a lot of things that he never delivered upon. After four years of failing to keep his promises, why should we expect anything different from President Obama tonight? The Middle Class can’t afford another four years of Obama’s Fairy Tale.

“President Obama will no doubt make new promises to the American people in tonight’s debate, but how can we trust him after he broke the ones he made four years ago?” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. “When will President Obama take responsibility for running four trillion dollar deficits after promising to cut the deficit in half? How about promising to create five million new green jobs, while giving taxpayer money to Solyndra? On issue after issue and promise after promise, this president has not been able to keep his word. Bill Clinton was right–this president is the biggest fairy tale I’ve ever seen.”
