Please read our updated COVID-19 Safety Procedures: We will continue to provide all attendees the safest COVID-19 environment meeting place using current CDC/Alabama Public Health “safer at home” guidelines. If you are not ready to be in this public environment, please stay home. Please leave home/work a wee bit earlier, allowing yourself extra time to enter.

AS YOU ARRIVE: At the August 20 meeting, we will meet at St Joseph’s Family Life Center. It is a huge room, far better for practicing six feet social distancing. Looking from the rear parking lot towards Hwy 31, the building is to the far left of church grounds. It has a canopy-covered drive thru area in front of the building’s doors. For minimal walking, park closer to far left of the parking lot. 

1. ENTERING: Bathrooms are located directly inside, on the right. Floor will show social distancing placards to keep those entering six feet apart until entering the meeting room. Ms Joan Cox will be at the door with a no-touch thermometer for all entering. Anyone with a temperature over 100.3 F will be asked to sit in the hallway for five minutes, then retested. If your temperature is still over 100.3 F, you will be asked to leave.  The following PPE will be available for all attendees: Lysol spray, Clorox wipes, blue surgical masks, and nitrile gloves. At the next table Sign-in sheets will be separated across the table. Use the provided pen, or use your own and receive your Trump 2020 drawing ticket.  For Autauga GOP members: Pick up your red folder (one with your name on it).  Non-members can pick up agenda and minutes at the table.  A big thank-you to Ms. June Booth for helping me set up last month and to Ms. Joan Cox, for checking temperatures at the door. A special thanks to Mr. Dustin Hawn, for P.A. setup. 

2 AFTER SIGN IN: We ask you please keep socializing in the hallway to a minimum, moving forward into the meeting room. Chairs will be 6 feet apart from each other. After you get to your chair, if you wish to socialize, we ask all attendees to practice the CDC’s requirement of being at least 6 feet apart from others, including away from others who may be seated or heading to a chair. 

3. MEETING PROTOCOL:  We will have masks available. As this meeting is open to the public, we will adhere to the Governor’s mandate. We will have individually wrapped snacks and bottled water available. 

5. AFTER ADJOURNMENT:  After the August 20 meeting is adjourned,  please continue to practice 6ft social distancing. Mask options may change based on local or state guidelines.
