🕔 What time should I arrive?
General Admission Guests:
Check-in begins at 5:00 p.m., followed by a general reception. Doors will open for seating at 6:30 p.m., with the program starting promptly at 7:00 p.m.
Sponsors:
Check-in and recommended arrival time is 4:00 p.m.
(Photo and roundtable guests must arrive by 4:30 p.m..)
Sponsor reception begins at 5:00 p.m., click line starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by the roundtable session.
🎟 Where do I get my tickets?
No physical or digital tickets are required for entry. Simply check in at the registration table upon arrival using your name. You’ll receive credentials based on your sponsor package at that time.
👔 What is the attire?
The dress code is Business / Business Casual. Acceptable attire includes (but is not limited to):
- Suits or sports jackets
- Pantsuits or dresses
- Professional jumpsuits
All guests are expected to wear clothing appropriate for a professional setting.
🛡 What kind of security should I expect?
All guests will go through magnetometers upon entering the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel as part of standard security screening. All bags are subject to inspection—clear bags are preferred.

If any information changes that may affect check-in, please let us know in advance. We use the information you provide to create the guest list and prepare credentials. Unreported changes may cause delays at check-in.
