DESCRIPTION:Steve Flowers will be the speaker at this month’s meeting of the Madison County Republican Men’s Club. Flowers served in the Alabama Legislature for 20 years as the State Representative from Pike County (Troy). He now writes a political column for about 60 weekly newspapers in Alabama. His subject will be “Politics in Alabama\, past and present.” \nThe meeting will be held in the gymnasium of the Trinity United Methodist Church at 607 Airport Road in Huntsville. \nThe social hour will begin at 7:00 a. m. and coffee will be available at that time. \nThe meeting will be called to order promptly at 8:00 a. m. and breakfast will be available buffet style. The speaking will begin about 8:40 a. m. The meeting will be adjourned at 9:00 a. m. \nLadies are welcome and 30 or more attend each month. \nThe cost to attend the meeting is $7.00\, which includes breakfast.
