ALGOP 'Quote of the Week'
This took place during a debate on the Senate Floor regarding gun laws on Thursday, February 25 between Sen. Sen. Marsh R-Anniston), Finance Chairman of the Alabama Republican Party and Lowell Barron (D-Fyffe):
Barron asked Marsh if he keeps a weapon in his vehicle, and Marsh said he did not. But when Marsh asked Barron if he is armed while in his vehicle, Barron said yes.
“If I was you, I’d probably carry a gun, too,” Marsh responded.
